Returns
Dianne Springer Designs is committed to your satisfaction. In fact, we want you to be more than satisfied. If you are not
happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. More than thirty days may be
allowed for those of you who are certified procrastinators. In the case of damaged goods, contact us and we will replace the
product at no charge to you.
Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated prior to completing your order if you use our shopping cart. Orders that are placed by
phone or email will be charged shipping costs based on actual FedEx, UPS or US Postal Service charges. You will be
notified of the charges prior to charging your card. Please note that shipping multiple items is usually cheaper per item, so
order lots of stuff and save some shipping.
